Husqvarna Australia is the market leader in the supply of diamond tools, equipment and accessories to the construction industries. We design, manufacture and distribute one of the largest ranges in the world – Husqvarna Construction Equipment.

If you’re energised by building strong customer relationships, growing market share, and representing a trusted brand with pride and integrity, this role is built for you. We’re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to champion our products across Victoria and South Australia and deliver an exceptional customer experience grounded in expertise, trust, and genuine partnership.

You’ll be the face of the brand in your region, responsible for both growth and customer satisfaction. Your key focus areas include:

B2B Sales & Territory Growth market share by identifying opportunities, deepening customer penetration, and driving sustainable sales performance.

Customer Relationship Excellence Build long‑term partnerships through active listening, consistent communication, and a commitment to delivering value.

Store Merchandising & Brand Presentation Ensure our products are showcased to the highest standard, reflecting the quality and innovation customers expect.

Product Training & Demonstrations Equip customers with the knowledge and confidence to get the most from our solutions.

Customer Satisfaction & Support Provide a seamless experience that reinforces trust and strengthens loyalty.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and brings a blend of technical understanding and commercial acumen.

Preferred Experience

Background in retail, rental, or hire sales

Proven sales and customer service capability

Demonstrated technical or mechanical aptitude

Skills & Capabilities

Strong sales drive with a growth mindset

Confident negotiator with sound judgment

Customer‑first approach with high integrity

Resourceful, organised, and proactive

Solid IT competency

Ability to understand and communicate technical product details

Collaborative team player who contributes positively to the wider organisation

Ability to travel to South Australia one week each month
