Junior Project Manager Pune · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team, with a focus on project management tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects and working with various tools and technologies. Success in this role will depend on the ability to effectively manage projects and collaborate with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation to delivery using Agile and SaFe methodologies

Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and collaborate with team members

Work with backend technologies such as Python, .Net, or Java to support project delivery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met

Analyze project data and provide insights to stakeholders

Develop and implement project plans and schedules

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices

Requirements

Manage projects with 5+ years of experience in project management

Utilize Jira, Confluence, Agile, and SaFe methodologies

Work with backend technologies such as Python, .Net, or Java

Collaborate with teams to deliver projects onsite at work location address

Work afternoon shifts from 2PM to 10PM IST

Participate in video interviews with 3 levels of interviews

Have an immediate notice period
