Key Responsibilities
Complex Delivery Management:
Deliver complex activities or projects with minimal supervision.
Ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, quality, and governance standards.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Act as a recognized SME within the team.
Provide technical support for complex issues and client requirements.
Problem Solving & Improvement:
Analyze and resolve complex issues, taking a proactive approach.
Identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Stakeholder Management:
Build relationships with key stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Manage expectations and provide solutions to challenges.
Team Support & Guidance:
Provide informal guidance to junior team members.
Support knowledge sharing and capability development.
Key Requirements
3-5 senior experience; coordinates and supervises daily activities of a small team; sets priorities and supports
performance/en gagement actions with oversight from more senior managers.
Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset).
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Demonstrated first-line team leadership (work allocation, coaching, review/quality oversight) consistent with "supervises daily activities" expectation.
Practitioner-l evel PM certification ( PRINCE2/Agile) .
