Role Overview:

We are looking for Senior Product Engineer to lead Retail Assets Change Requests (CRs), Automation Testing, and Project Delivery within Finacle Core Banking. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee production stability, and manage cross-functional teams delivering enhancements across enterprise Retail Assets platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Lead Retail Assets automation testing and CR/project delivery.

Design, configure, and test Finacle Retail Assets enhancements.

Manage upgrades, regulatory changes, and platform improvements.

Ensure successful delivery of project milestones.

Production Stability

Lead defect triage and production issue resolution.

Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term improvements.

Drive automation coverage and platform stabilization initiatives.

Coordinate deployment activities across banking entities.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor teams managing Retail Assets CRs and production support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and development teams.

Track project milestones, risks, and delivery timelines.

Promote engineering best practices and quality standards.
