Principal C++ Engineer at BairesDev

We are seeking a Principal C++ Engineer with deep expertise in C++ development, systems programming, performance optimization, distributed systems, and low-level programming. The technology stack includes popular C++ technologies and frameworks for high-performance computing and systems development. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of high-performance systems, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineering teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex low-level computing challenges.

What You'll Do:

Design and optimize C++-based systems for high-performance computing applications.

Architect advanced systems programming solutions for efficient resource management and control.

Lead performance optimization initiatives for low-latency and high-throughput systems.

Drive distributed systems component development using advanced C++ techniques.

Implement low-level programming solutions for system-level optimization.

Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across projects.

What we are looking for:

10+ years of experience in software development with strong C++ expertise.

Proven experience in advanced systems programming and low-level software development.

Strong expertise in performance optimization techniques for large-scale C++ applications.

Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and implementation.

Proficiency in low-level programming and system-level optimization.

Experience with high-performance computing and systems development frameworks.

Advanced level of English.
