We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–3 years of experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into business opportunities. If you're enthusiastic about sales, enjoy interacting with clients, and want to grow in the IT industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling and online research.
Reach out to potential clients and schedule discovery meetings.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service offerings.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic presentations.
Maintain and update CRM with lead status and sales activities.
Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to support business opportunities.
Meet monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required SkillsSales & Business Development
2–3 years of experience in IT Services or Software Sales.
Experience in B2B lead generation.
Cold calling and email outreach.
LinkedIn prospecting.
Client relationship management.
Negotiation and follow-up skills.
Communication
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in interacting with domestic and international clients.
Tools
LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Preferred)
CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Experience
IT Services sales.
Software development, web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, or AI solutions sales.
Experience handling inbound and outbound leads.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle is an advantage.
