About the role

We are looking for a Freight Support Assistant to help the Billor cargo team. This is an administrative role that plays a key part in organizing and supporting the team’s activities, ensuring the workflow runs efficiently and aligns with Billor’s objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to emails professionally and efficiently.

Make and answer calls for follow-ups with brokers and drivers, assisting in aligning information and resolving cargo-related issues.

Assist in the weekly closure of reports and results, consolidating information for driver payments.

Help organize and distribute client and cargo portfolios among Account Managers/Dispatchers.

Support administrative tasks related to planning and coordinating loads.

Ensure smooth communication between teams and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.

Requisitos:

Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Proactivity, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English and Portuguese

Spanish is a plus
