The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a German-speaking Recruiter who enjoys learning and values teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions at Teva in Germany, by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Role type: hybrid with working on-site 4 days a week

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Apprentices and entry-level roles in Manufacturing and Production at Teva, based in Germany and other markets if necessary

Apply your assessment and screening skills to deliver high‑quality shortlists in a timely manner

Use your relationship‑building skills to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and manage expectations

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes

Use your strong communication skills to ensure an excellent Candidate and Hiring Manager experience through regular updates and transparency

Apply your attention to detail to maintain accurate systems, reporting, and management information

Contribute to SLA, KPI, and team objectives through effective prioritisation and delivery

Skills & Requirements

Must have:

Business fluency in German, both spoken and written

Excellent communication skills

Strength in stakeholder management

Capability in ensuring candidate's great experience

Strong customer focus and proactiveness

Strength in project management

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a practical, solution‑focused mindset

Ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated interest in learning and developing in the role

Nice to have:

Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in Germany, for Pharma or Production Company

Expertise in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)

Proficiency in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases, and ATS
