Job Summary

The AM Project will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, maintaining project documentation, and supporting business development activities. The role requires strong technical expertise in quality management and proven leadership capabilities to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with project stakeholders, including site teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments, to ensure smooth project execution.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project deliverables, issue resolution, and project updates.

Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of project reports by Team Leaders in accordance with contractual requirements.

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

Ensure all project-related documents, reports, and records are uploaded and maintained on the designated client or company portals.

Lead project review meetings and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams.

Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, particularly on quality-related matters and project execution.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to achieve project objectives.

Support business development activities by meeting prospective clients, delivering technical presentations, and identifying new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Required Skills

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Sound technical knowledge of Quality Management and engineering practices.

Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.

Strong documentation, reporting, and project planning skills.

Good presentation and business development capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in project execution, coordination, or project management within engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or quality inspection projects.

Experience in client management and multi-stakeholder coordination is essential.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
