In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Aim to advance cancer diagnosis and improve lives through understanding and implementing our Sales/Marketing Strategies.

Build relationships with key customers and agents, solve problems, and implement proposal-based sales that meet their needs.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and applications, to provide customers with the right solutions

Collaborate with related departments such as services and applications to improve customer satisfaction

The essential requirements of the job include:

College degree or higher with BS degree is preferred.

More than 5 years of sales experience in the medical and life sciences fields

Experience in the combination of medical devices, physical and chemical equipment, and consumables businesses

Experience in the pharmaceutical business

Agency management, agency sales experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Able to travel globally/domestically in support of role objectives (estimated at ~50%).

マーケティングやアプリケーションなどの他部門と連携し、お客様に適切なソリューションを提供する

サービス・アプリケーション等、関連部署と連携して顧客満足度を向上させる

SFDC（顧客管理システム）によるフィールドでの活動計画の立案と活動報告

DBS（M＆A後の仕組み的なオペレーション改善アプローチ）のツールを活用して販売活動を行う

報告内容には、Won/Loss情報や競合情報の入力などが含まれます

リードをQualifyし新規ファネルを作成する。またビジネスを獲得するための商談ステージを上げる活動をする

タイムリーに売上と受注の正確なForecastの提出

営業チーム会議で、自らの営業行動計画をプレゼンテーションする

日次管理会議(Daily management)に参加して、KPIのモニタリングを行う

The essential requirements of the job include:

大卒以上でBSの学位があれば好ましい

医療分野、ライフサイエンス分野での5年以上の営業経験をお持ちの方

医療機器・理化学機器・消耗品事業の組み合わせ経験

医薬品事業の経験

代理店管理、代理店営業経験
