Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly driven SSG Enablement Leader to accelerate sales productivity, pipeline growth, and services attach across Latin America. This role leads an integrated enablement function spanning Portfolio Enablement Managers and Business Managers, ensuring strong linkage between portfolio strategy, sales execution, and business performance.
This leader will translate global SSG priorities into actionable regional programs, drive disciplined execution across markets, and deliver measurable impact through pipeline growth, improved conversion, and increased services adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Enablement Strategy & Execution
Lead LATAM SSG enablement strategy aligned to global priorities
Translate global programs into localized, executable sales plays
Ensure strong alignment between portfolio strategy and field execution
Team Leadership (PEMs & Business Managers)
Lead and develop a high-performing team of PEMs and BMs
Establish clear accountability across:
PEMs – portfolio enablement, product activation, and content readiness
BMs – program execution, pipeline performance, and campaign delivery
Drive a culture of execution discipline, accountability, and measurable outcomes
Portfolio Enablement & Product Activation
Ensure in-geo readiness for SSG offerings through alignment with WW product teams
Enable sellers with relevant content, tools, and training
Drive last-mile GTM execution, including product launches and market-specific adaptation
Serve as key bridge between product teams and sales
Program Execution
Drive execution of key sales programs and campaigns across LATAM
Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle (build, launch, track, optimize)
Partner with Sales and Ops to identify pipeline gaps and activate recovery plans
Align on BMS structure, reporting, and actions to close performance gaps
Pipeline & Performance Acceleration
Drive pipeline creation, progression, and conversion
Lead inspection rhythms with leadership to track performance and drive actions
Improve pipeline coverage, conversion, and services attach
Seller Engagement & Communications
Drive field activation through campaigns, events, and engagement programs
Own regional communications across sales flashes, campaign updates, and performance insights
Support leadership messaging for business reviews and executive updates
Data & Insights
Define and track key KPIs (pipeline, attach, campaign performance)
Leverage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Deliver clear, action-oriented insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
10+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, enablement, or business management
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple markets
Strong understanding of pipeline management and enterprise sales motions
Fluent in English & Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading both portfolio enablement and program execution functions
Strong track record driving pipeline growth, conversion, and attach rate improvement
Ability to translate global strategy into local execution at scale
Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive data-based decisions
