Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Learn the US Bench Sales recruitment process.

Market bench consultants to implementation partners and vendors.

Search for suitable client requirements through job portals and vendor networks.

Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding consultant availability.

Submit consultant profiles for matching job requirements.

Follow up with vendors and clients for interview feedback and placements.

Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
