About the role

From Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Project Manager / PMO Consultant to join our teams in a strategic transformation programme for a leading international insurance company.

Location: Hybrid - Spain

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives across business and technology teams, ensuring scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are properly managed.

Provide PMO support across global workstreams, including project tracking, reporting, governance materials, RAID logs, action plans and decision follow-up.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

Support business analysis activities when needed: requirements gathering, process documentation, workshops and functional follow-up.

Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports and steering committee materials.

Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive actions to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate international stakeholders and support the adoption of new processes, tools or operating models.

Requirements

Proven experience as Project Manager, PMO Consultant or Business Consultant in transformation projects.

Previous experience in consulting or professional services environments will be highly valued.

Strong PMO skills: planning, reporting, governance, risk management, follow-up and stakeholder coordination.

Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.

Background in insurance or financial services is highly valued.

Strong communication skills and ability to prepare clear executive documentation.

Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to have

Experience in insurance transformation projects, operating model changes, process improvement or digital initiatives.

Knowledge of Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery models.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel or similar.

Additional European language will be positively valued.
