About the role

The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.

We're looking for a Commercial Real Estate Manager with a track record in commercial credit analysis and loan structuring to drive our commercial lending strategy.

What you'll be doing

Sourcing commercial real estate lending opportunities

Building and managing relationships with commercial real estate owners, brokers, and market participants in your territory

Carrying out initial analysis of loan opportunities to ensure they match our lending appetite

Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders

What you'll need

A track record of commercial real estate loan origination in a bank or a private debt fund

An extensive network of commercial real estate owners, brokers, and market participants

A proven ability to source loan opportunities, build customer relationships, and generate lending opportunities from such relationships

Experience in various asset class lending in your territory

Expertise with commercial real estate risk identification and alignment to lending appetite

Fluency in English and Spanish
