About the Role We are seeking an experienced Workfront Developer to design, develop, and enhance Adobe Workfront solutions, streamlining enterprise work management, workflow automation, and operational collaboration. The role involves building scalable customizations, integrations, and automation capabilities to improve business productivity. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to engineer robust workflow solutions that align with organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Adobe Workfront solutions to support enterprise workflow management and business process automation.

Build and maintain Workfront Fusion automations that streamline operational workflows and improve business efficiency.

Develop custom integrations between Adobe Workfront and enterprise applications using REST APIs and JavaScript.

Configure and extend Workfront functionality to address customer-specific business requirements while maintaining platform scalability and maintainability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution teams to translate operational requirements into effective technical solutions.

Design reusable workflow components, automation templates, and integration patterns that promote consistency and operational efficiency.

Ensure solution quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and adherence to development best practices.

Participate in deployment planning, CI/CD processes, and release activities where applicable.

Troubleshoot application issues, optimize workflow performance, and recommend improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.

Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and knowledge repositories for Workfront development solutions.

Stay current with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities to recommend continuous platform improvements.

Requirements

Have 6-8 years of experience in enterprise application development or workflow automation.

Possess hands-on expertise with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

Have experience developing custom workflow solutions, integrating enterprise platforms using REST APIs, and extending Workfront capabilities through JavaScript-based development.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Have expertise in Adobe Workfront.

Have expertise in Workfront Fusion.

Have expertise in Workfront Custom Development.

Have expertise in REST API Integration.

Have expertise in JavaScript.

Good to Have

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) skills.

Custom Forms & Workflows skills.

Adobe Experience Cloud Integration skills.

CI/CD skills.

Workfront Administration skills.
