The Global Design, Development and Delivery team is responsible for developing and curating Ada’s global datacenter development program through scalable, repeatable and agile tools and processes that enable our global development. Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Scheduling (Global) who owns the schedule dimension of project controls for North America based projects and global level coordination. This includes baseline schedule development and maintenance, critical path and near-critical path management, schedule risk mitigation, progress transparency, and schedule-focused change governance (including time impact analysis). This role has day-to-day responsibility for scheduling execution in North America (including oversight of external planning/scheduling consultants) and partners with regional development and delivery teams to execute projects in line with schedule benchmarks, underwriting assumptions, and scheduling standards.

In this role you will support Ada’s global scheduling frameworks, standards, and reporting/telemetry; ensuring accurate, consistent, and defensible schedule data across regions that integrates into Ada’s stage gate process and portfolio. You will also contribute to the future Scheduling Center of Excellence (CoE) within Program Controls, including best-practice sharing, training, and standard work products in collaboration with schedulers and external planning partners across all regions.

Responsibilities:

Support the development, publication, and maintenance of schedule milestones and benchmark ranges by market and archetype

Support NA teams in the development, updates and reporting of integrated project schedules across the full lifecycle, from project initiation and pre-construction through commissioning and handover

Establish and maintain the critical path and near-critical paths; identifying float and early warning signals (float consumption, milestone slippage, etc.)

Perform schedule risk analysis, what-if scenarios, and recovery planning; provide schedule acceleration options when required

Incorporate owner led tasks and actions including: procurement, long-lead equipment, utility/interconnection workstreams, and commissioning

Work with Delivery teams to define baseline schedule; prepare and document updates and implement changes with version control

Produce recurring schedule reports including look-aheads, milestone dashboards, critical path, delay analysis, and executive-ready data

Partner with Business Intelligence to ensure schedule definitions, data quality expectations, and reporting cadence are met; support portfolio rollups and dashboard reliability

Review, challenge, and validate General Contractor and trade contractor schedules for logic, duration realism, constraints, and completeness in NA

Coordinate schedule alignment with cost forecasts where required (cash flow timing, milestone-driven spend curves) in partnership with Cost Management and Development/Delivery teams

Oversee and manage day-to-day outputs from third-party planning/scheduling consultants in North America; ensure deliverables meet internal and external reporting standards

Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and helping develop standard templates, playbooks, audit scorecards, and training materials for scheduling

Minimum Requirements:

7–10+ years of progressive experience in construction scheduling / planning on large, complex projects (mission-critical / complex infrastructure preferred)

Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred); strong schedule data integrity and version control discipline

Deep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), logic linking, float analysis, schedule risk management, and KPI-driven schedule controls

Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrated project schedules including design/permitting, procurement (LLE/LLM), construction, commissioning, and turnover

Experience reviewing and challenging contractor schedules; comfort running schedule audits and enforcing minimum scheduling standards and WBS alignment

Strong communication skills: ability to translate schedule risk and impacts into clear executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations

Ability to partner cross-functionally with Delivery, Design, Procurement, Commissioning, Finance/BI, and Investment stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.

$180,000.00 - $210,000.00
