About the Role

The Computer Trainer will be responsible for delivering computer and digital literacy training to students and youth. The role involves conducting practical and classroom-based sessions, monitoring learner progress, maintaining training records, and ensuring effective implementation of the training curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on basic computer applications and digital literacy

Train participants on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet usage, email, and online tools

Conduct practical sessions and provide hands-on learning support

Prepare lesson plans and training schedules as per the curriculum

Assess learners through assignments, practical exercises, and evaluations

Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and training documentation

Monitor student progress and provide guidance to improve learning outcomes

Coordinate with the project team for training schedules, reporting, and centre activities

Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of computer lab equipment and resources

Support placement readiness by strengthening participants' digital and workplace skills

Submit regular progress reports and MIS updates to the reporting manager

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Tech, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in computer training or teaching

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good training skills may also apply

Relevant computer certifications will be an added advantage

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good understanding of internet applications, email, and digital tools

Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to conduct practical and interactive learning sessions

Basic documentation and reporting skills

Good classroom management and learner engagement skills

Willingness to travel within the assigned project area if required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kamshet, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
