We are looking to hire a generalist who is creative, curious, and content-driven and also wants to soak up all things marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON HERE

- Building repeatable systems (monthly spotlight series, pre/post-event playbooks) rather than one-off content

- Creating content for all Mintlify social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, others)

- Assisting with field marketing and product marketing initiatives as necessary

- Writing for developers - with a strong understanding of how developers discover and evaluate tools

- Coming up with creative ways to reach and market to our customers

- Tracking metrics (pipeline influenced, meetings booked, signups sourced, cost per meeting) and figuring out how to optimize for them

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- 2-5 years of experience at an early-stage startup, ideally within the marketing department

- Strong executional + strategic skills, capable of owning programs end-to-end on a small team with minimal direction

- Hybrid GTM experience: comfortable spanning PLG (startup/self-serve) and sales-assisted (mid-market/enterprise)

- Experience working in the dev tools or technical B2B audience space

- Bonus Points: Experience posting on at least one social media platform in a public capacity - ideally with clear milestones achieved. Familiarity with devtools. Background in community marketing
