Job Summary

You will support daily operations at our gaming centers by assisting customers, operating cashier and booking systems, maintaining a clean environment, explaining games and equipment, and ensuring proper use of gaming facilities for an enjoyable customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers by responding accurately to basic enquiries to enhance their experience

Operate cashier, booking, and payment systems efficiently to process transactions and reservations

Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the shop to ensure a welcoming environment

Explain game rules and equipment usage clearly to customers to facilitate proper play

Monitor and ensure customers use gaming equipment correctly to prevent damage and ensure safety

Support daily shop operations by performing assigned tasks to maintain smooth business flow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate a friendly and polite attitude to foster positive customer interactions

Show responsibility and punctuality to support reliable shop operations

Communicate effectively in English to assist customers and team members

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
