About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, training, and policy implementation while supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Manage performance appraisal and goal-setting processes.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance.
Plan employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Conduct training and development programs.
Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports.
Support management with workforce planning and organizational development.
Maintain records of all company assets issued to employees (laptops, desktops, mobile phones, ID cards, access cards, etc.).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
