Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Mumbai Experience: 5+ years CTC: ₹8,00,000 – ₹13,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives.

Requirements:

5+ years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.

Strong experience in business partnering, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
