About the Role: As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll shape the technical direction of Filevine. You’ll architect and build systems that keep our platform fast, reliable, and ready for the future – from web applications to distributed backend services that power AI-driven experiences across the product.

This role is about solving the hard problems: the cross-team ones, the ambiguous ones, the “we’re not sure how to do this yet” ones. You’ll partner with engineering leadership, mentor teams, and raise the level of technical excellence across the organization.

Compensation starts at 185,000 CZK per month, with the final offer determined by the candidate’s seniority and experience.

This opportunity is for independent contractors and is not intended to establish an employment relationship. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

This role is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in, or willing to relocate to, Czechia or Slovakia with the legal right to work in these countries.
