This is a talent acquisition role for someone who enjoys hiring at pace, partnering closely with the business, and helping build high-performing teams in a company that is growing quickly. If you are looking for a broader HR path or a role centered on policy, employee relations, or people operations, this will not be the right fit. At Fresha, we are looking for a Talent Specialist to join our Sydney office and help drive hiring across a business with real momentum, particularly as we continue expanding across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific region. This role will suit someone who is energised by a busy hiring environment, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and motivated by the chance to make a visible commercial impact. About the Role You’ll partner closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end hiring experience. From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding support, you’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams across our business. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll be proactive, organised, and eager to take ownership from day one. You’ll join a small, collaborative team with experience from companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, Uber, Cleo AI, and Sandbox VR — all passionate about delivering best-in-class hiring experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
