What you'll be doing:

- Leverage engineering to prompt sales of technological products and services, including process engineering, process design, software architecture and software development.

- Assist customers with process engineering, process design, and process implementation.

- Design and implement technical solutions to improve customer’s experience with Camunda’s products and services.

- Provide consulting services to customers including process modeling, process automation with Camunda platform, software engineering and architecture on-site and remotely.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical training material.

- Create and conduct technical workshops for development teams to ensure the correct engineering process is implemented for applicable projects.

- Consult with existing and potential customers to assess and understand their equipment needs and system requirements.

- Collaborate with sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs.

- Propose improved materials and products to customers and explain benefits of changes.

- Assist with the research and development of new technical products. Telecommuting permitted 100%.

- Position reports to company HQ in Wilmington, DE.

What you bring:

- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related technical role

- Five (5) years of experience with: Business Process Management; Java/J2EE; SQL; XML; SQL Server; PL/SQL.

- Experience with: Robotic Process Automation; Blue Prism v6.x; Forms.io http://Forms.io; Protractor; Angular JS; JSON database; Oracle; DB2; and Azure.
