What You’ll Do As an RBT, you’ll help children with autism build essential skills and confidence through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll work closely with a BCBA who provides consistent guidance and mentorship while you deliver 1:1 therapy in the home or community setting. You’ll also track client progress, assist with behavior and skill assessments, and collaborate with a team that celebrates every milestone — big or small.

What We’re Looking For

- Someone we can train the next 30 days to 60 days to be an RBT

- An individual with experience supporting children, particularly those with special needs.

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping kids grow

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

- High school diploma or equivalent
