Barbaricum is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead execution under the Counter-UAS, Emerging Threats Solutions Systems, Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (CETS SETA) contract.

Responsibilities:

Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities.

Interface with government personnel.

Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.

Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates

Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.

Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.

Qualifications:

Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI.

Active Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PM Level III certification.

Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development.

Five (5) years management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development

Five (5) years systems analysis.

Military experience E5 and up A minimum of ten years of DoD related program management with U.S. military and/or other Government agencies.
