The UX Designer in the Central Technologies team will lead the design of intuitive, scalable experiences across player-facing platforms and internal tools. This role focuses on optimizing account management, live operations, and content systems to ensure seamless interactions for both players and internal teams. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and LiveOps, you’ll drive clarity, usability, and efficiency across complex ecosystems, while owning key product areas, shaping UX strategy, and driving a systems-thinking approach aligned with both user and business needs.

Le·la Concepteur·trice UX au sein de l’équipe Technologies centrales pilote la conception d’expériences intuitives et évolutives, à la fois sur les plateformes destinées aux joueurs et sur les outils internes. Ce rôle se concentre sur l’optimisation de la gestion des comptes, des opérations en continu (LiveOps) et des systèmes de contenu, afin de garantir des interactions fluides pour les joueurs·es comme pour les équipes internes. En collaboration étroite avec les équipes produit, programmation, data et LiveOps, tu favoriseras la clarté, l’utilisabilité et l’efficacité au sein d’écosystèmes complexes. Tu prendras en charge des périmètres produits clés, contribueras à définir la stratégie UX et adopteras une approche systémique alignée à la fois sur les besoins des utilisateurs et les objectifs d'affaires.
