Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Senior Sourcing Advisor to own the talent pipeline for a set of core disciplines and the critical, hard-to-fill roles within them. This is a specialist role for someone who lives in their market, knows the top talent in their disciplines by name, and is always in conversation with them well before a req ever opens. With a deep understanding of the video game market, you will build and maintain a network of the best professionals in your disciplines, feed a steady pipeline of niche profiles and rare skillsets, and act as the market expert your Talent Acquisition Business Partners rely on.
