Your role in the project

What we are seeking is a personal and cultural match between you and our team.

This role is for a mid-senior Service Designer who has an impressive portfolio, expertise in managing customer-focused projects and is looking for an exciting challenge within a multinational company.

You will:

Uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights, generate concepts, and craft how people will interact with the products and services we design.

Lead interaction design and service design activities, including customer workshops, internal workshops, user interviews, and creative brainstorms.

Define interactions and services based on relevant business, technical, and design considerations.

Seek input and feedback from junior through to senior team members.

Plan, design, facilitate, and synthesize workshops.

Develop design thinking methodologies.

Provide oversight and facilitate design activities across the company.

Create opportunities to solve business challenges with design.

Participate in the development of projects related to CX and cultural transformation through human-centered Design.

Provide input for design training within the company

What we are ideally looking for

We’re looking for candidates that have a background in service design and CX, and a proven track record in applying design thinking to projects.

Public speaking and presentation skills in English, other European languages will be a plus.

3+ years of experience delivering design solutions for a variety of clients

Analytical approach to problem-solving

Storytelling skills

An ability to design and facilitate design workshops

Experience with service prototypes and lean startup methods

Experience in stakeholder management and engagement at all levels

Experience with Design Systems and UX/UI collaboration is a plus
