What You’ll Be Doing:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Territory Manager to join our team, covering a diverse and thriving region across Queensland, specifically South of the RIver & Gold Coast. You’ll be stepping into an established territory with a broad mix of accounts - from local operators to large-scale customers - and working closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive growth and deliver value. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high-potential market.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the territory by building long-lasting relationships, providing exceptional account management, and delivering strategic solutions to our trade customers. Whether you’re working with roof tilers, plumbers, builders, or store teams, you’ll bring people together and influence outcomes. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone with strong sales experience, commercial acumen, and a hunger for career progression.

What We’re Looking for:

We are looking for a motivated account manager that thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑based role. You will be managing multiple stakeholders, strengthening long‑term customer relationships, and representing Dulux with professionalism, supported by solid sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and confidence using Microsoft tools and CRM systems - plus bonus value if you bring project or construction know‑how.
