Product Manager Service (x|f|m)
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager Service (x|f|m) for a fixed-term position as parental leave cover for the Product Management Service department. The position is limited until March 2028. In this role, you will be responsible for product management activities in the definition, development and commercialization of new service products in line with market requirements and interfaces with Service Sales, Technical Product Support, Product Management, Product Development. The team is looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Goettingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
Assist in the design of service strategy, service roadmaps and specification of service product requirements
Support the Product lifecycle
Prepare service strategy for product portfolio — Aggressively identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new service features on an on-going basis
Research market opportunities and develop service product briefs
Conduct competitive analysis and develop a strong business cases to drive development decisions; drive consensus/alignment with stakeholders
Align with service operations and technical product support for product portfolio
Administer development of the communication strategy of the responsible service product i.e. campaigns and their execution, together with marketing communication
What Will Convince Us
Degree in engineering or related technical discipline
Strong network within the Life Science industry
Product management experience
Several years of experience in technical service environments
Influence and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
High proficiency in English language, good German knowledge is an advantage
