Passion for design and sustainability, with the ability to engage and influence specifiers through value-led conversations

Excellent presentation and communication skills; professional, confident, and commercially astute

Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects from specification through to completion

CRM-savvy with strong pipeline management, forecasting, and sales planning capabilities

Qualifications in architecture, design, business, or a related field are advantageous but not essential

What's On Offer:

Brisbane-based role with autonomy to manage and grow the Queensland market

Competitive salary package plus generous uncapped commission structure, offering strong earning potential

Company vehicle and fuel card provided to support customer visits and market engagement across QLD

Backed by CSR, one of Australia's most trusted and well-established building products companies

Join an iconic design-led brand with a strong sustainability focus, local manufacturing capability, and ambitious growth plans
