Job Summary

Provide service and assistance to customers to ensure a pleasant and memorable visit to the Singapore Flyer while accurately processing sales using the cashiering system.

Responsibilities

Deliver professional customer service to promote and sell products effectively

Assist customers in identifying and selecting suitable products based on their needs

Apply detailed product knowledge to inform customers and enhance their shopping experience

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, point of sale presentation, and cleanliness

Ensure displays and shelves are neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing

Conduct monthly inventory checks to verify stock levels and accuracy

Operate cashiering system accurately to process customer transactions

Collaborate with team members to complete assigned duties and support store operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Completion of “N” Level or higher education

At least 2 years of retail experience including cashiering duties

Ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude

Presentable, energetic, and approachable demeanor
