Production Operator

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

About the Role

You will initially join the team as a Production Operator, ensuring products are packed accurately, safely and efficiently. As your experience builds, we will support your growth with additional responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating filling and weighing equipment

Packing products into the correct containers and verifying weight accuracy

Labelling finished products ready for dispatch

Completing production documentation and records

Conducting TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) checks and supporting 5S activities

Maintaining quality, safety and housekeeping standards

Working closely with Production and Quality teams to meet operational targets

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or processing environment

A current forklift licence

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

The ability to follow work instructions and safe operating procedures

Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Basic computer skills and confidence using production systems or HMIs

Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work

Highly Regarded

Experience operating filling, packing or weighing equipment

Exposure to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement practices
