The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Sr Recruiter to join us on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the client side in Monterrey. This role sits within the Financial Services space.

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you’re good at relationship handling, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Full-cycle recruitment for Financial Services roles, covering the LATAM market

Talent sourcing for hard-to-fill and niche roles.

Passive candidate sourcing.

Planning and talent pipelining.

Competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.

Offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Recruitment marketing and employer branding.

Skills & Requirements

Must haves:

Native or Fluent Spanish language and English to a business proficient level minimum

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

LinkedIn Recruiter.

Recruitment analytics and reporting tools

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Relationship building.

Stakeholder management.

Negotiation and influencing.

Presentation and facilitation.

Candidate experience management.

Nice to haves:

Any additional languages would be beneficial
