Como Líder de Enterprise Growth na Marisa.Care, você será responsável por estruturar e operar do zero a função de GTM Marketing da empresa: ABM para os top players do mercado, geração de demanda, PR, eventos e autoridade de mercado. É uma função híbrida (marketing estratégico + enterprise GTM), que reporta ao Diretor de Growth & Partnerships e poderá construir o próprio time.

Atuação prática

Posicionamento: refinar ICPs e personas, definir messaging por segmento (COO, CTO, Diretor Médico), construir a tese de categoria e a narrativa diferenciada frente aos concorrentes.

ABM Enterprise: conduzir a estratégia de ABM individualizada nas contas Enterprise, mapear buying centers, montar sequências de touchpoints por conta e coordenar com o time comercial (Account Executives e Business Developments).

Conteúdo e PR: produzir conteúdo executivo e thought leadership, publicar em periódicos do setor, mídias e vídeo-cases com métricas de ROI.

Eventos: coordenar o calendário de eventos setoriais, estruturar jantares executivos próprios e coordenar o Health Business Summit.

Requisitos

Formação acadêmica superior completa em Marketing, Comunicação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência em ABM enterprise e strategic marketing em ambiente B2B SaaS.

Vivência em conteúdo executivo, posicionamento e construção de narrativa de categoria.

Perfil comportamental de líder mão na massa, disposto a atuar operacionalmente enquanto constrói time.

Uso ativo de IA generativa e agentes de IA.

Diferencial

Experiência com o mercado da saúde.

Atuação prévia com PR e eventos.

Construção de categoria.
