Como Business Analyst na Marisa.Care, você será responsável por:

Knowledge base de Analytics: trazer uma visão de negócios para definir do zero quais são os KPIs de sucesso dos produtos, padronizar como medimos ROI nos clientes e estruturar metodologias de cálculo.

Fundação de dados: trabalhar lado a lado com o time técnico de Plataforma de Dados pra estruturar as bases dos nossos produtos, garantindo que os dados certos estejam disponíveis e confiáveis.

Pipelines e insights: criar rotinas e ETLs que transformem esses dados em insights acionáveis, alimentando melhoria contínua tanto dos produtos quanto dos processos internos.

Dashboards e produtos de Analytics: construir os dashboards internos de acompanhamento e, num segundo momento, ajudar a transformar Analytics em produto pros nossos clientes hospitalares.
