The Role

We are hiring a Creator Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of paid creator campaigns across our portfolio of TikTok Shop brands. Working closely with our US-based Creator Management team, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of creator partnerships throughout the full campaign lifecycle - from identifying and engaging creators through contracting, onboarding, content delivery, and campaign close-out.

This role is central to how our campaigns run: brands entrust us with significant budgets each month, and the coordinator's work ensures every campaign is fully staffed, every creator is supported, and every deliverable is completed on schedule. It is a high-volume, detail-driven position best suited to someone who has managed paid creator collaborations professionally and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving.

We are specifically looking for candidates with prior experience at an influencer marketing, UGC, creator management, or talent agency, where they personally coordinated paid creator partnerships end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate creators for paid campaigns based on brand fit, content quality, and campaign requirements

Manage creator outreach and follow-up communications across email, SMS, and social channels until each campaign is fully staffed

Administer creator agreements and onboarding, including contract delivery, signature collection, and documentation

Coordinate product logistics with participating creators and confirm receipt ahead of production timelines
