We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator (Returns) to join our team. You will administrate parcels stored in stores for our e-commerce customers working closely with store staff and management teams to ensure seamless handovers to customers.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong data-handling capabilities, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain principles.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Capture and update return information across relevant systems and tracking tools.

Monitor return requests and collections to ensure they move through the reverse logistics process.

Provide return status updates to internal stakeholders where required.

Assist with tracking parcels within the returns network and flagging exceptions.

Maintain accurate records of returns and ensure documentation is up to date.

Support the reconciliation of return data and basic reporting requirements.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate discrepancies or issues when identified.

Assist the operations team with additional administrative tasks as required.

WHO YOU ARE:

This job is for you if you have:

1-2 years' experience in supply chain, logistics administration, or a similar operational support role

Basic understanding of eCommerce, retail fulfilment, or logistics processes

Reliable transport to travel to the office

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data

Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams

Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

One or more of the following will help you stand out:

Be proactive and able to show initiative to foresee and resolve problems

Capable of working independently and efficiently, while contributing effectively to team efforts with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Have a keen interest in solving challenges
