HR Solution Architect
Location: Nis
What are your main tasks?
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
Oversee solution development, testing, deployment, and system integration.
Ensure seamless data integration and compatibility across HR systems.
Manage end-to-end projects, including stakeholder and vendor management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and adoption of new HR technologies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR).
What are your qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in solution architecture, IT project management, or HR technology.
Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, BambooHR).
Knowledge of system integration, cloud technologies, and data management.
Understanding of cybersecurity and GDPR principles.
Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
