Attività Principali

Referente del CoS per supporto alla definizione documenti da allegare ed apertura nuovi CAPEX ed inserimento su SAP per investimenti

su CdC e su Commessa;

Estrazione mensile report e monitoraggio degli importi CAPEX in termini di budget/Impegnato (RdA+OdA)/contabilizzato/residuo

Referente del CoS per monitoraggio mensile numeri in-situ, scadenze ordini e rinnovi

Centralizzazione apertura Rda per Eng Service e materiali/strumentazioni/licenze su OPEX e CAPEX. Coordinamento con le

segreterie che supportano le aperture

Report mensile su dispersioni e travel

Partecipazione a Progetto con OPS/IM per tool gestione asset
