Regional Business Data Analyst (2 years Contract)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop and maintain SFDC dashboards to support business decision-making.

Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Conduct statistical analysis and modelling to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the use of tools like SFDC and support them on a day to day.

Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.

Conduct data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data issues.

Familiar with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini especially in the context of automation of reports and analytics.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Statistic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

At least 4-6 years working experience in related field

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skill.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) is required, with the ability to effectively analyse data, generate insights, and support business decision-making.

Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power pivot, Power Query, Power BI) is a plus.

Excellent command of English and presentation skill.

Ability to work under strict deadline and develop alternative solutions in compliance with relevant policies and must be very detail-oriented and process driven.
