Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive B2B2C growth in Mexico. This role involves building relationships with mid-level stakeholders, attending local events with energy agencies, and representing the company at state-level gatherings. Ideal for a high-energy professional eager to excel in a travel-intensive sales role, focusing on tangible asset sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-level stakeholders in client accounts to understand their needs and position our products effectively.

Drive the acquisition of new accounts by identifying decision-makers and building stable sales relationships to generate tangible asset sales.

Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve commercial, technical, and service-related objections or issues.

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive representation of the company across interactions a local state level.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations at all times.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

3 or more years' experience in solar energy sales /components.

3 or more years’ experience in B2B sales or customer relationship management.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proactive and energetic, with a high degree of initiative to pursue sales goals.

The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Ability to work cross-functionally, collaboratively, and cross-culturally

Language: English is mandatory (mid-level)

Team-oriented while maintaining the ability to work independently.
