About the Commercial Lead Portfolio Growth (m/f/d) role

We're looking for a Commercial Lead (m/f/d) who will directly report to our VP Property Management. In this pivotal role, you will design the growth engine driving all of property managers' core business revenue. In your first 90 days, you'll be hands-on across direct sales, partnerships and some online marketing channels. By the end of your first 180 days, you'll have a repeatable playbook. After a year, you will have scaled that playbook.

Responsibilities

Build the local growth motion. Most of our property managers grow solely through word of mouth at the moment and thus, very slowly. You'll change that.

Build the growth playbook from zero. There's nothing you're inheriting. You'll decide what growth experiments you run.

Full-Cycle Sales. Generating leads is half the job. The other half is working with our local heads to make sure those leads turn into signed property management contracts.

Report directly to the VP Property Management and to the Leadership Team. You'll be in close exchange with our C-Level and VP Property Management.

You may be a good fit if you

Speak fluent German (C2). Our PortCos operate locally, and our customers are German homeowners.

Are based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg

Are up for traveling to our PortCos every once in a while. We build mini-tech companies all across Germany. You should be up for working in-person with the local MDs.

You've got proven sales expertise. You've brought sales for any kind of product or service from 0->1. Ideally, repeatedly.

Think commercially. You can take reasonable business decisions on your own.

Thrive in ambiguity: You're energized by being the first growth hire and building the playbook from scratch.
