About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full SAP EWM/MM project lifecycle, including solution design, data migration, functional specification development, system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

Assess business requirements and recommend solutions within project scope to resolve design and process issues.

Configure SAP EWM/MM solutions and document configuration decisions and rationale.

Develop functional specifications for enhancements, custom developments, and integrations with other SAP modules.

Develop and maintain master data standards to support SAP EWM/MM processes and cross-functional integrations.

Identify, analyze, and resolve complex business and system issues through detailed evaluation and problem-solving.

Design operational and management reports, define key metrics, and prepare reporting functional specifications.

Prepare integration test scenarios and test scripts.

Execute unit testing, support integration testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM/MM implementation, preferably within cloud-based environments.

Experience participating in at least 2–3 full end-to-end SAP EWM/MM implementation projects within a consulting environment.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including solution design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation.

Proven ability to develop and deliver solutions for business processes within SAP systems.

Experience supporting other IT applications and business systems, including non-SAP platforms.

SAP S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to commence work within a short notice period.

Prior consulting experience is preferred.

Demonstrated creativity, positive attitude, initiative, leadership, sound judgment, professional integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise documentation and training materials.
