Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager for North-West Italy will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on Key Accounts, while driving growth and performance of existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

Identification and acquisition of new Key Accounts in the assigned territory.

Development and expansion of business with existing Key Accounts to increase revenue and long-term value.

Management of strategic customer relationships and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Analysis of market trends and customer needs to support business growth strategies.

Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events

Requirements:

Result-oriented with the ability to function in a semi-autonomous environment

Ability to develop and deliver presentations to large groups

Ability to teach, coach, and mentor customer sales personnel in the application of Company products and solutions

Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients

Ability to persuade and influence others

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to communicate the value proposition

Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public

Work requires significant travel to current and potential clients

This requires the possession of a valid driver’s license for employment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule with significant overnight and occasional weekend travel
