Optimize CEPH storage infrastructure running engineering design software;

Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement best practices for system administration;

In addition to the above, actively assist with physical datacenter operations, including racking, cabling, and servicing servers and network equipment to maintain and optimize our infrastructure.

Your experience includes:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including on-prem computing infrastructure management;

Experience with set up and maintenance of automation tooling, e.g., Ansible, FreeIPA, Cobbler, Uyuni, GLPI;

Comfortable with sprint work, with periods of high and low work space.

Nice to have:

Experienced with a fabless chip design environment;

Knowledge of implementing and managing design tool installations on-prem, e.g,. Cadence and Siemens tools are a plus;

Experience in setting up and maintaining the NIS2 security standard.

What you need to succeed:

Being comfortable working within changing dynamic priorities and deadlines;

Able to handle high-end/low workload (e.g., tape-out phase);

Having a "Can-do" attitude and being a resilient problem-solver;

A self-starter with excellent communication and a customer-oriented mindset.

We offer you:
