The Role

Lead and manage the pre-construction process from tender stage through to project commencement and handover to operations teams.

Coordinate tender reviews, bid submissions and project planning activities, working closely with estimating, design, commercial and delivery teams.

Review drawings, specifications and technical information to identify project risks, opportunities and compliance requirements.

Support design coordination, value engineering, construction methodologies, logistics planning and buildability reviews to develop effective project strategies.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure project proposals align with programme, budget and client expectations.

The Candidate

You will have experience managing pre-construction activities within a Main Contractor or construction environment.

You will have strong technical knowledge of construction methods, project planning and tender processes.

You will be experienced in reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.

You will possess excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

You will have strong commercial awareness and experience supporting value engineering and buildability initiatives.

You will be highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will be committed to delivering high-quality project outcomes and supporting successful project transitions from pre-construction to delivery.

You will hold a full valid & clean driving licence.
