Descripció del lloc

La Fundació Pere Tarrés cerca un/a operari/a de manteniment per realitzar el manteniment preventiu i correctiu a l´Alberg La Conreria (Tiana).

Cerquem un perfil polivalent amb competències per resoldre diferents tipus d´incidències d´electricitat, fontaneria i manteniment general (persianes, portes, marcs, finestres...), i treballar conjuntament amb operaris del centre o de l´equip de manteniment quan faci falta.

FUNCIONS PRINCIPALS:

Pintura de parets i mobiliari.

Fontaneria

Paleteria

Electricitat

Petites reparacions d’electricitat i lampisteria i sistemes de calefacció.

Reparacions de fusteria i serralleria.

Manteniments bàsics de jardineria (talls d’herba, desbrossades puntuals,..).

Tasques pròpies de les operacions de manteniment habitual d’una instal·lació.

QUÈ OFERIM?

Jornada: 37,5h/setmanals de dimecres a diumenge.

Horari de 8h a 16h (30 min de pausa per a esmorzar).

Contracte de substitució per baixa IT (probablement llarga).

Incorporació Immediata.

Requisits

Titulació: ESO

Imprescindible: Un any d´experiència en manteniment preventiu i correctiu d´instal·lacions

Possibilitat d´incorporació immediata.

Vehicle propi per arribar a la casa

Certificat negatiu de delictes sexuals.
