Funcions principals

Cerquem professional amb la titulació d'atenció a les persones en situació de dependència o cures auxiliars d'infermeria, per a treballar a la residència de gent gran de Torà.

La persona seleccionada s'ocuparà de realitzar l'acompanyament a les persones usuàries del centre, atenció a les necessitats assistencials, tals com higienes, allitament, etc. Participant en les diferents activitats i tallers que s'hi desenvolupen, tot vetllant pel correcte estat de salut dels usuaris/es i atenent les seves necessitats.

S'ofereix:

Horari: Torn de nit. S’alternen setmana curta (dimarts, dijous i divendres) i setmana llarga (dilluns, dimecres, dissabte i diumenge), en torns de 20 a 6:30h.

Jornada: Completa

Contracte: Temporal per cobertura de baixa mèdica. Incorporació immediata

Salari: 1248,37€ bruts mensuals x 14 pagues o bé 1456,43€ bruts mensuals x 12 pagues + plus dissabte, festiu i diumenge + plus nocturnitat

Requisits:

Formació:

Grau Mitjà d'Atenció a Persones amb Dependència o Grau en Cures Auxiliars d'Infermeria o bé Certificat de Professionalitat d'Atenció Sociosanitària en Institucions.

Experiència:

Disposar d'experiència prèvia en un lloc de treball similar. Idiomes: domini del català i el castellà.

Perfil competencial:

Es cerquen professionals amb estil de comunicació proper, empatia i assertivitat i facilitat per treballar en equip. Orientats/des en millorar la qualitat de vida i el benestar de les persones.
